For orders within Australia, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the courier. For remote areas or regional zones, it may take a little longer. International orders will take longer and depend on customs & local postal services.
Yes — we provide express shipping options at checkout for eligible metro areas in Australia. Same-day dispatch applies only if your order is placed before 12 pm AEST and your address qualifies.
Definitely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and a link via email or SMS. You can use that link to see status updates and estimated delivery time.
If there's an unexpected delay, we'll notify you via email. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will liaise with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our shipping & returns policy.
Yes, we ship internationally where available (at checkout). Customs, duties or import taxes may apply in your country — those are the recipient's responsibility.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change the address. Please contact us immediately (support@npsports.com.au) with your order number and new address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect parcels.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the item being unused, unaltered, in original condition, and with original packaging and tags. Some exclusions apply (see our full Returns Policy).
Yes, provided the racquet is unused, unstrung (if originally sold unstrung), and in perfect condition (factory wrapping, grip intact). Note: restringing or usage voids change-of-mind eligibility.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect, error, or damage in transit, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Yes — if the replacement item is in stock. If it's more expensive, you'll need to pay the price difference; if cheaper, we'll refund the difference.
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance may not be eligible for return/change-of-mind, unless defective or a major fault under Australian Consumer Law.
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save address details, and speed up future checkouts.
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the item is dispatched, we cannot cancel, but you may return under our usual returns policy if eligible.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and possibly other local payment options.
Yes — we use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and partner with trusted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
If the order is still being processed and not yet shipped, we may be able to adjust it. Please contact us immediately (support@npsports.com.au) with the change request.

Yes — we provide stringing services (factory-length, tension options, restringing) at our warehouse/physical location. You can choose to have your racquet delivered pre-strung (if service selected) or request to string after delivery (at your cost).
It depends — many racquets can be shipped either way. We give you the option. Pre-strung racquets incur the stringing cost, and the stringing must be done by our certified stringers to maintain return eligibility.
• Power (Head-Heavy): More mass toward the head — strong smashes and drives
• Control / Balanced: Neutral balance for flexible play
• Speed / Head-Light: Easier maneuverability and quick response.
We include balance, flex, and weight data on each product page to help you choose.
• Grip size: ("G2, G3, G4, G5") — matches hand size; we explain equivalents (e.g. Li-Ning's S-sizes).
• Balance: Head-Heavy / Even / Head-Light — affects feel of smashes vs speed.
• Flex: How stiff the shaft is — stiffer racquets suit advanced players; more flexible shafts help beginners generate power.
• Weight: Usually in grams — lightweight (<80g) to heavy (>90g).
